The Good Stuff: Wi-Fi, power and printing, all included. Tea and coffee on the house, as much as your nervous system can handle. Shared kitchen and amenities.
Parking: So are the parking wardens, who are, and we say this with grudging respect, the most efficient people in Hastings. If you park outside, read the signs, set a reminder, move the car. Consider it a built-in stretch break. All day parking is in the next block over, corner of Karamu South and Eastborne East
